Went to east Tennessee Nissan in morristown they gave me 9500 for my car and now I have a new nissan altima SL fully loaded .at 12.9 percent. We u got me 22percent last time. Shame on you Fenton Nissan .

Mr. Walker - Let me begin by telling you how much everybody at Fenton Nissan appreciates and respects your military service. Veterans like you make our way of life possible, and we owe you all a huge debt. I'm personally a supporter of the WWP and our dealership tries to help our local veterans as much as possible. I'm very sorry you felt like you had a bad experience with us recently. That certainly wasn't our intention. Fenton Nissan doesn't actually loan money to purchase cars. We have to try to package what our Customer is trying to accomplish with their credit history and get one of our 20-something lenders to make the loan. The more challenging the credit situation, the more difficult that can be. Sometimes a co-signer helps. Sometimes a larger down payment helps. Sometimes there's nothing we can do that helps. I think that what happened in your case is that Justin and the manager helping him really tried everything they could to make your deal work for a lender. Sounds like we could have done a better job of explaining the process, so that you didn't feel like we were wasting your time. We don't give up until we've tried everything and sometimes that can take a while. I apologize if you felt that we weren't trying to help. If your credit situation changes, or if you can ask somebody with strong credit to co-sign for you, it would be our honor if you would let us try to help you again. If you choose not to give us another chance, we respect that and wish the best of luck elsewhere. Thanks for shopping with us, and for sharing a review.

We don't see any reason to treat somebody poorly because of a low credit score. Most of us have been there at some point. If we can help a Customer get into a nice car and rebuild their credit at the same time - that sounds like a win to me! We've got some creative financing programs and some people that really care. Mr Maloney - Very sorry to read you were not pleased with your recent car purchase. We try to make sure every Customer is completely satisfied, regardless of what they decide to buy. All Customers are encouraged to test-drive any car they're considering. We always make sure the Customer that chooses a 10 year old vehicle with over 115,000 miles on it understands that there is no factory warranty left on it, and that they can purchase a protection plan if they would like. That decision is entirely up to the Customer, we just explain the options. Having said that, if you have any other issues with your Murano please give me a call (Andrew at 865-687-6111).
