Tried calling the lady Suzanne the lady over the sales manager she has yet to call back. My advice would be run especially if u hear the name Brian. And what is up with the over 6000 over Kelly bluebook when they don't do trades apparently another customer told me they wonted to do trade in and they refused just like they did mine. They offered me 6500 for the car .I only put on 13000 miles on the car. They are selling the same year ,same car with 26000 miles for 11000. Needless to say that we're trying to swindle me. What 2015 can u buy with 13000 miles for 6500. I was loyal because I bought the first car with them but now they lost the sale and I'll never go back there again More

On 01/14/2016 i was recommended by a VA Peir to go to Fenton Nissan. I'm a disabled vet,, I went made contact with Mr. Justin Carter of the sales dept., he found me the exact vehicle I wanted. A 2015 nissan altima s, charcoal grey, demo model. I drove it feel in love was sold on it. Myself and Mr. Carter did the paperwork, Mr. Carter returned from Finance office said the deal was done and finished if I could provide a co-signer. I called another friend from the VA, he said he would co-sign but would have to be on Friday, 01/15/2016. Mr. Carter stated that would be fine, deal was done according to finance dept. , and that they just needed co-signers information. On 01/15/2016 myself and my co-signer arrived at the dealership, they took my co-signers info, . We waited for approximatley 3hrs, Mr. Carter advised was a different finace person and not the one from 01/14/2015 and he was working something different for me. Meantime they stated I could not have the car I test drove and feel in love with the day before because it had more than 1500 miles on it and it was consider to be used. The brought a 2016 model of the same vehicle to show me but just wasnt the same as the original one I drove and liked. After 3 hrs of waiting. Mr. Carter returns and tells me now the finace dept. says they can't make a deal. So needest to say I wil be contacting the Tenn. Dept of veterans's affairs, Knoxville DAV, Knoxville VA Annex, and the Knoxville VFW Post and advising them not to recommend Fenton Nissan to any others veterans. Bradford M. Walker More
