We needed an SUV because I have an elderly mother who has problems getting in and out of a car. We looked at an SUV which was out of our price range. They then told us to try a Altama. During the entire process we stressed that we were not sure if my mother could fit in comfortable and were told multiple times to take it home and see. This was on a Saturday. On that same day we were quoted a price for the SUV that we just couldn't afford. Fast forward to today. They were closed yesterday and my mother tried sitting in the car and it was not comfortable for her at all. She winced in pain. So my husband called back and told Cody (again a VERY nice young man) that it just wouldn't do. We would either have to find a way to get in the SUV or just get our original vehicle back. Went in and Brian Scarborough came over and from the first second began talking "down" to us. Telling us that since my husband signed the papers the Altima was ours and there was no getting our car back. I explained to him that we had told multiple people the reason was to get my mother more comfortable and that multiple people had told us to take the Altima home and let her try. He said "YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ORIGINAL CAR BACK!" Now let me also stress that the original car was on a 5.64% finance and the Altima was at an 11.5 so we were already questioning why. So he goes and supposedly runs the numbers for the same SUV that was run Saturday. He came back with a payment over $100 MORE than we were quoted Saturday. It was an absolute absurd amount. He was taking us both for fools. He comes back, and by this time I am in tears with the way he has talked to us. He says "Again you bought the Altima and you are NOT getting your original car back." I said "I don't even know how I'm supposed to get my mother to her doctor's." He looks me dead in the eyes and says " I DO NOT CARE." By this time my husband who honestly is the best person I know. No temper, easy going etc. is upset. The man looks at my husband and says "I am getting your old car and I want you OFF OUR LOT." Now we have done NOTHING to this man but express to him what was told to us on Saturday. He then walks away and says to my husband "SHE IS A TOOL, AND YOU KNOW IT TOO." At this point my husband says I have never hit another human in my life but I was ready to hit him. This place plays Christian Music, they brag about being family run and how their customers come first. If they truly want to run their business like this then they need to get rid of this man. He even talked down to the poor boy, Cody, who tried selling us the car. Cody apologized over and over and over for this man's actions. The truth of the story is my husband and I did our homework and we knew that they were overcharging, juggling numbers and trying to make us buy a warranty and Gap that was way overpriced. We were NEVER disrespectful. I can say that in 45 years we have neither ever been treated like garbage like this man treated us. I wouldn't recommend Fenton Nissan to my worst enemy unless this guy was gone. He is the absolute opposite of what Christians want in a business that is Christian oriented. I honestly don't know how he was ever hired. He has no empathy, no compassion and frankly doesn't seem to care about anything or anyone. More

Chasing a lady out the door?What?!? Contacted this dealer via a website with a lower price than dealer website. Received a timely call from a pleasant person named Aaron, described the vehicle and no pressure. That was the good part. Scheduled a test drive a few days later thru the same person I originally spoke with, I did arrive late for my appointment (20 minutes). Was passed to first sales rep in sight. I informed the person I spoke with I had limited time prior to scheduling this appointment as it was 1.5 hr drive, didnt share that upon arrival because I felt it had been shared already. Problems: No one knew what car I was interested in. Car had 2 service lights on and zero gas. No one knew the features of the car & that they advertised this car with features it did not have. (Heated rear seats) This car had 4,000 more miles on it than advertised. The sign on car said comes with warranty. In negotiation this warranty became $2500+ Mysteriously Pressured for higher down payment before I even found out what they would give me for my car. Told me my car has very high miles, as they documented it as 30,000 more miles than what my car had. I quickly pointed out that error.They did re-evaluate that but very upset over the fact I found this car for almost $4,000 less than their asking price and they said they were fixing that error ASAP, it was wrong. Keep in mind I made contact thru this very website they are referencing.... After much pressure for a much higher down payment,I was offered less than 1/2 the value of my vehicle. Was told told I was getting their car for wholesale so they would pay me wholesale for my car. Prior to this, I was told what I did in a former career 20 +yrs ago even though there were no loan terms set yet for purchase because I did not know what they were offering for my car. It was not a salary nor credit issue... Ok no problem. No deal... Not here, you get yelled at by the Sales Manager Then, chased out the door with him yelling what your payment could be. Nothing about how they are offering you less than 1/2 your cars value. I ask for my keys... waited. He comes back, talking more payments. Payment was not a discussion as I didn't get what I felt a fair value for my car; a Lexus which there are 28 for sale within 200 miles, None with the upgraded wheels and a few with all features. I was chased to my car with this guy yelling payments at me!!! Really?!? Then, if that wasn't enough I get a text trying to still sell me a car. All while they jacked the price of this car by $5,000 on that same website within minutes of my leaving the dealership. More

As one person said to me. there is to many chiefs an not enough Indian's. More

Greeted immediately Went to this dealership after hearing radio ad. Husband looking for used truck for several years and looking for "a perfect deal". Greeted immediately in lot by Kevin. He and my husband Sam immediately bonded, but Sam still reluctant to even test drive. After a lot of conversation (and a test drive after my persistence), went inside to continue talks. To make a long story short, we ended up buying (a true miracle), and it was probably mostly due to the people we were in contact with, namely Kevin, Andrew, Sidney, and Julie. All were phenomenal in explaining every detail to us. Julie was especially helpful in that she gave us advice regarding this transaction, as well as advice for future transactions. We ended with a monthly payment higher that we had hoped, but still happy with our purchase. We will be returning. More
