We had brought in our old vehicle for inspection previously (2001 Jetta) and she called and told us about the new TDI offer. We had decided that it would not hurt to at least take a look and came in for our appointment. From the start she was very knowledgeable and showed us different models. She even allowed us to take a few out for a drive. She was very patient with us and addressed our concerns budget wise. Angela managed to get us into a vehicle lease (2014 Jetta S) that was within our budget, with the option to purchase at the end, which made my wife very happy. When it was time to pick up the vehicle, Angela told us that the driver's side window got scratched and damaged when it was being detailed. I appreciated that she was so upfront about it and that the issue would be taken care of. They made the paperwork look easy and, even though we had to wait a bit due to the insurance transfer(not their fault) we had a very nice time. The area is always clean and I am grateful that I didn't have to shop around. I highly recommend this dealership. More

I first chose this dealership because there online prices where good, Then the next was the great service and response I got when I inquired about a few cars they had ranging from new to used. I then set up an appointment and did the online credit check again this made me able to save time at the dealership. To top it off the sales manger himself greeted us when we got there. along with himself and the lady who was showing me the car, it was a easy no haggle experience. and when they delivered the car to me as expected any question I had was answered in a timely fashion. To top it off, I had a few concerns which were again answered and the manger then said he would (when the weather cleared) let me take the car back to the dealership where he will give me a free oil change and detail my car while looking at a small problem I notice with the car (bumper peeling) and he said he would also fix that for free. More

I never mind waiting to have my car serviced as there's nothing I can't do in their customer lounge that I can do in my office. The customer lounge is spacious and comfortable with complimentary beverages and WiFi. I came to the dealership with a specific budget in mind and car I wanted. I was serviced immediately, given a test drive of the vehicle I requested without any issues. Frank walked me through budget options and the end result was a car slightly over my initial budget but I came out with 200% more car than I expected to buy. I like the straightforward approach of not having to haggle and barter. My trade in value was fair for my used car and the financing went smoothly. Even during the closing process the additional protection options were discussed however there was no pressure when making the decision. Other dealerships literally gave a guilt trip or made comments of "nobody ever declines this add-on" which was a HUGE demoralizer. This is the 3rd car my family has purchased with this dealership recently and I can tell you, it will not be the last. More
