As a "people person", I was most concerned with receiving good customer service. Price was an issue as well, didn't want to spend a small fortune on a car. I was becoming a bit frustrated and disappointed in my shopping experience and was ready to hold off on a purchase for a while. Then I received a call from my son, telling me about Fathers and Sons, saying he had heard that they had some great deals and that I should give them a try. Best piece of advice ever! We appreciate straight forward, friendly, knowledgeable service and were happy to find these qualities in the sales department at Father's and Son's. Connor and Thomas listened well to our questions and answered them thoroughly. They were happy to talk with us, and allowed us time to think through the options. They welcomed us back for a second test drive. They carefully explained the leasing process and why we might want to consider it. They searched over a wide area to find the car we were looking for, and made a concerted - and successful - effort to have the car in Springfield so that we could take advantage of the April TDI special offer. They were always ready to help, but never pushy or impatient. They communicated well in person, by phone and by email. They engendered confidence. I discovered a fair price online for a Jetta and called to arrange a test drive. It was late in the day when I arrived and Justin, the sales representative, stayed late so I could take it out. He told me all about the car, and knowing I had just been in a very bad car accident, was quick to point out how safe Jetta's are. After deciding this was the car for me, Justin, and the rest of the staff, worked quickly to make sure my paperwork and financing would be promptly attended to. Their speedy work allowed me to purchase and be in the car the very next day. Everything worked like clockwork, and I couldn't be happier.
