I had a great experience at the Fathers and Sons VW of West Springfield! The staff was courteous and knowledgeable, and I never felt like I was being pushed or pressured into something I didn't want. After I told Frank what I wanted, he and the Sales Manager looked to see what was available, and gave me my possible options. Once I decided on a car, they had it delivered to the dealership within 2 days, and I had the car to drive home within 4 days! When I went to pick up the car, Frank went over every single dial, button, and option in the car. I didn't feel like I was wasting his time, and could tell he wanted me to understand everything and be completely happy before I went home. After several negative experiences in the last year with different dealerships, this was an excellent experience that I was wary about getting myself into. My Name is Peter Coe and my wife Diane coe. Last week we came to Fathers & Sons as possible repeat customes. I've been around for awhile and have purchased / leased at least 25 vehicles in my lifetime. We came to Fathers & Sons as possible repeat customes. We were assisnted by Anthony Bernal on this particular occasion, and wanted you to be aware of the fine job that he did. On the first day, we were just out looking around and not interested in gretting into any details with sales at that time. Anthony listened to this hint that many sales people dont, but stayed available for questions and explained the various xxxxxxand con's on the models we were considering. At the end, he gave us his card which contained an email address as well as a cell number, which became very important. After a day or two, I called Anthony on his cell phone which he answered. I didnt have to go through a receptionist or an answering service that has to remember she/he is answering for Fathers & Sons and not Jerry Rome, or the like. In other words I got a real person that is familiar with me or what I need. I advised Anthony that we would be in on Saturday morning and we were interested in two models. Also advised that I would be emailing him some details about us and our financial needs. When we arrived on Saturday, Anthony was there to greet us and had our first choice vehicle parked in front, all ready to go for a test drive. He had also read the email regarding the info I sent him and had begun the process of trying to work with-in those paremeters. Long story short, we drove the car, loved it and began the process of leasing this vehicle.. For the next couple days, because of my and my wife's complicated schedule, we bounced back and forth on a time to complete the sales process. Anthony worked with all the variables and completed it to our needs. We came in during our lunch periods and completed the paper work. We advised that we would be back after 6pm to pick up the car. We showed up at 6pm and the car and Anthony were there all ready to go. No coming back for any paperwork or inspections, just 100% clean and ready to go. I realize that the purchase and sales process is a necessary evil so to speak, but Anthony made it a pleasure, and deserves a well done for his efforts.. Ryan was perfect a fit. I have wanted a convertable for years and finally the family was grown it was my time. My Beetle was a special order, 2012 turbo model. But the factory was not going to deliver until the end of July or beginning of August. That would of been a to long of a wait for me, I was contemplating can factory was not going to deliver until the end of July or beginning of August. But Ryan did not give up, he did all he could to get the car to me sooner, what ever channels he has available and then some. He found the same car I ordered at a dealer in the Albany NY area, he secured the car for me plus allowed me to go along to pick up the car. That was a first according to the driver and I think very nice of Ryan and the Father & Sons sales team, I appropriated that very much. We got back to the dealer and they cleaned it up and made it look extra clean and special.
