Once again we were very pleased with the experience at Fathers & Sons. This is the third new car we have purchased from them, and on each occasion the sale went smoothly, with little of the back room nons Fathers & Sons. This time around we got a couple of internet quotes from other dealers, and Fathers & Sons agreed to meet the one that was lower than theirs with no questions asked. Even though they had plenty of TDI Sportwagens on site, they didn't have the exact set up we wanted. The never asked us to reconsider, but had the exact car we wanted delivered the next day. Not only did it arrive immediately, when, because of holidays and schedules, it became apparent that that was the only day we could take delivery for the next two weeks, the staff, especially Christine Lamberton, went into action and got the car prepped, the paper work readied, and the vehicle licensed. Even though it was his day off, Henry Bergendale came in to make sure everything proceeded smoothly and we were able to head home the same afternoon. More

Upon arriving at the dealership, I asked for Ryan Bussinger, because he went thru great lengths to get me into my last car; so of course I wanted the same service. I then asked for Henry Bergendale, who was available. He helped friends of mine, get into a Kia, Optima. 'Word of mouth' I think is the best tool when purchasing a vehicle. Henry was with me consistently throughout the week....answered any questions, let me test drive a car. Super nice guy, no hard pressure. The following week, Ryan came back from vacation. He gave me a call and said that he was aware Henry helped me out and that I initially had asked for him. Thanking me for that, he set up a time we could get together and have some 'car talk'. He clearly was concerned about what vehicle would make me happy; whether it was the Passat or the Jetta. Once again I tried another Passat and also a Jetta. It was without a doubt, I wanted another Passat. Ryan worked as hard as he could to lease me a Passat that would be agreeable with my budget. He came down quite a bit on the payment amount. It still being tight on my budget, I felt maybe this was just going to be a dream car that I would never be able to get into. Instead of making a decision on my emotional feelings, I decided to go to another dealership; who gave me an aggressive cut in the payments. I went back to Ryan and asked if he could beat the figure that this other dealership proposed. He got back to me in expediently with a more aggressive figure. I couldn't turn him down. The Passat I was trading in, he had bent backwards 6 years ago, to get me into that one. But this time, on a new Passat, he pretty much did much juggling and extreme backflips to get me into my dream car. Father and Sons have a wonderful team to work with. This was the best car purchase experience I have had. I buy a new car every couple years and this one went much better that I could have hoped for. It was nice to take a few cars for test rides with out some pushy sales man sitting behind me trashing other makes and models. I would definately recommend this dealership to friends and family. This is my first VW and so far I absolutely love the jetta. I am getting about 27 mpg. It is sporty and fun to drive. It has opened my eyes to what other makes besides Ford and Chevy have to offer. My son bought a 2012 VW Golf TDI and we started looking into a new VW ,I've wanted a 6 cyl but all they had were 5 cyl or TDI's. Neither one I liked,after waiting and looking for several weeks at Fathers into a new VW ,I've wanted a 6 cyl but all they had were 5 cyl or TDI's. Neither one I liked,after waiting and looking for several weeks at Fathers and other Dealers in the area, my wife and I decided to order the car we liked at the end of December 2011,a 2012 Passat 3.6 SEL Premium. Unfortunately Chatanooga had a hailstorm March 2,12 and we had to wait until May 8,12 before we finally got the car we ordered. In all that time Anthony Bernal was very supportive and helpful and threw in Mudd-Matts,First Aid Kit,the plastic container kit plus the Lip spoiler. Those were extra options. We are very well satisfied with Fathers and Sons, especially with Anthony. Thank you VW for a beautiful car. More

We did not buy, only leased a Jetta, but were made to feel special throughout the process. Mr. Beavis(sp?) was also very helpful when reviewing costs and signing papers.
