Last week we purchased a new VW Passat at Fathers & Sons. This car was the third new VW that we have purchasesd from F&S over the last six years. Additionally, two members of our immediate family livin Sons. This car was the third new VW that we have purchasesd from F&S over the last six years. Additionally, two members of our immediate family living in the Boston Area have leased VW's from F&S(based on my recomendation)over the last four years. We do business with F&S because it's a pleasure to work with people like Ryan Bussinger and Dave Shlosser. In fifty years of driving and buying cars,and with more than my share of time spent working with car dealers I would rate these guys as the best. The buying/leasing process at F&S is totally straight forward and uncomplicated, and without the drama and needless complication that many dealers inflict on their customers. In particular, Ryan Bussinger demonstrated a really exceptional level of product knowledge and timely follow-up. Anyone considering buying a VW, should seriously give F&S a shot at their business. I had been shopping around for a Volkswagen for a few months and was disappointed by the customer service of the surrounding dealerships. I live almost 90 miles from the dealership, so much of the process took place over the phone and through e-mail. During this time, the sales associate was upfront, honest, and worked hard to earn my business. The negotiation on price was fully transparent, and they even committed to a fair trade-in value on my old vehicle without seeing it. When I arrived at the dealership I felt welcomed, and more importantly there were NO surprises. Closing the deal was simple, and my vehicle was ready when promised. I was shown all of the vehicle features before leaving the lot, so I had felt completely comfortable as I drove away. This is my first VW, so I am anxious to see how it performs and holds up. If it delivers the quality I expect, and I am ever in the market for another VW, my first stop will be at Fathers & Sons. More
