Mine first as the customer, yours as a dealer, and of course his own (earning a living). The car sells itself but "elsewhere" sales staff diminished the integrity of the encounter. I resented the excessive pressure from the paper-work manager to purchase add-ons. These seem to draw attention to the short-comings of the car and transaction, real or not. More
