When we arrived at the dealership we were met with friendly faces who pointed us to Chris. After speaking with Chris about what we were interested in, we took a test drive. Chris was extremely helpful in explain the new features of the automobile and going over the numerous safety features. Once returning to the dealership we were introduced to Larry so we would have a face with a name and voice. We discussed the vehicle we wanted down to the exact color. Unfortunately the vehicle was not in stock at Fannin's, but instead of taking the easy way out they searched and found the vehicle then had it brought in for us. 20 minutes after working with Chris Skiles we had our new vehicle. We can not say enough about the friendly professional service we received at the hands of the Fannin's Toyota Team. The sales team went as far as to take the documents to my wife's place of business to complete the transaction. My wife and I will NEVER buy another vehicle from anywhere other than Fannin's!!!!! My husband and I have purchased two new vehicles from James Fitzgerald in the past two years. In 2012, we traded in our Chevy Cavalier for a larger, more reliable family car (Toyota Highlander). Last month, Jan. 2014, we traded in our Highlander for an even larger Sienna. The Highlander was a perfect fit, the style is attractive and the drive is comfortable. We used our wheel warranty one time for a dented wheel (pot hole). Advantage Toyota of Barboursville would not honor our warranty. We complained and Advantage learned that they were required to honor the warranty, however service fees and additional charges were high. We contacted Joey Bova of Fannin in the service dept. and he resolved the issue with no additional fees. We were impressed with the professionalism and quality of work from Fannin. After two years, our family has grown even larger and traveled more. With incentives and ingenuity, James Fitzgerald was able to provide us an offer on our trade-in and a new Sienna that we could afford. Our family has met many of the Toyota representatives, including Gary and Chris Fannin. Everyone made the purchasing process more enjoyable. Thank you, Fannin! We LOVE our new Sienna! More
