I had an excellent experience working with Michael. It was a very comfortable process, no hard sell and I felt very confident in his knowledge and expertise. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My father,daughter and I went to compare Camry's to Corolla's. Shane Kennedy was our sales representative. This was the very first car I've ever bought new and my experience couldn't have been any better. Shane Kennedy and Butch Huff did an excellent job showing me the cars and explaining the features. They also had plenty of patience in dealing with my indecisiveness between the 2 cars I wanted and whether I wanted to trade my car in or not. Chris Skiles went over the financing and Michael Abrenica showed me how to use the extensive amount of features the car came with. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. I Normally deal with another collision center in Huntington when one of my cars is in an accident, however because my "baby" my Mercedes was in a collision I figured I would get the best quality wor Huntington when one of my cars is in an accident, however because my "baby" my Mercedes was in a collision I figured I would get the best quality work from an actual Mercedes dealership......WRONG! Tom from the body shop did his job and was very polite in contacting me for updates on my vehicle. My main concern was the diminished value of the car after the accident. After I received the car back from Fannin the first time I took the car to another Mercedes dealership and learned that they did not even put the insulation back in my door. Oversight or trying to rip me off?...you be the judge. The paint on the car looked good but the doors still do not open quite like they did before the accident. After taking the car back twice and them having the car over 3 months! the car is finally satisfactory in my book. Upon picking up my car for the final time my insurance company was asking for a trade-in value before the accident and after the accident so they could pay my diminished value claim. Good luck with that! They refuse to print any trade in on paper with their name on it. They gave me a piece of paper with my car listed but hand wrote the trade in value. They refused to sign the value and refused to even put it on their letterhead. Obviously that was not much help to me as my 3rd grade son could have provided me with the same information! My advice to you. If you have a car you want repaired right and good customer service. DONT GO TO FANNIN. I gave them every opportunity to make things right and they refused. And trust me I'm not the type to usually complain at all. I can assure you I gave my $$ to Fannin for the last time! More

I appreciated him taking the hassle out of buying a new vehicle. I dealt with Larry on the phone for a few days and when we arrived at the dealership, we met Braiden Dillow and he worked with Larry on the rest of the deal. He was also exceptional. He was very personable and made the transaction seamless. He went over the vehicle thoroughly with me and my daughter before we left that night. Carol (in finance) was efficient and very, very nice! Plus, she was quick, which we appreciated since we had about a one hour and forty-five minute drive home. I will definitely call on them when I am in the market to purchase another vehicle. I have already recommended them to friends that will be buying soon. I felt that the deal I got and the service were well worth driving a little way for. They answered every single question I had...Michael knows the features available on each model and can show them to you like he's owned the car for ten years...really a whiz on all the features. The price I paid was more than fair, as was the interest rate I was given. I was referred to Fannin by a friend and will definitely recommend to my friends. We have purchased 3 new cars in the last 3-4 years from Ben Mills and this time we were looking for new vehicles, we called Ben and since he had been promoted to used cars, he asked Michael Abrenica to he Ben Mills and this time we were looking for new vehicles, we called Ben and since he had been promoted to used cars, he asked Michael Abrenica to help us. We had met him once before and were delighted with his knowledge, his kindness and respect for us. He treated us wonderful and we bought 2 new Prius from him. One for myself and one for my husband the next week because we liked mine so well. I would highly reccomend Michael and Ben and all the staff because they were just wonderful and friendly to us. I feel they went beyond the call of duty to satisfy our needs, and the price was pretty good too. We were greeted by a sales rep by the name of Shane Kennedy. It was his first day on the job and we were his first customers. We could not have asked for a better sales person. He was wonderful and spent a lot of time answering our questions. We had the intention of only browsing and not buying for another week or so. However, we were impressed with the selection on the used car lot. We test drove three vehicles we were interested in and asked Shane to give us the best deal possible. We were so impressed with the selection and Shane's professionalism and helpfulness that we ended up buying. It was his first day at work and we were his first customers. When we entered the Dealership with Shane we were introduced to Bobby Brantley, Larry Zimmerman and Michael Abrenica. These gentlemen were so helpful in answering additional questions and making sure that our goal toward purchasing a vehicle was met. Our last gentleman we met was Chris Skiles who explained the financing and helped us compete the paper work that was needed. While we were waiting, the car we were purchasing was cleaned and prepared for us to drive home.
