I picked the 2012 Chevrolet Equinox out online, contacted John, test drove and agreed to look over all the paperwork that John offered to support the pricing and quality of the vehicle. The CarFax is wonderful ! I agreed to buy the car. OK, now comes the finance/title/warranty experience.... the expected hard sale right? Nope. Omar was great to deal with and continued the wonderful, comfortable experience. Derrick and Faheem checked on my wife and I as we waited for the car to be detailed in make ready even though it already looked brand new. I even bought some locally made salsa from Christina and Anita in service and it is great! Janet at the front desk always had a big smile for us each time we came in. FTB is setting a new standard for auto purchasing.....I highly recommend Family Toyota of Burleson ! More
