Family Toyota had the best prices and I found the van that I wanted. I contacted Jeff Raim and received a quick response back and ended up going to the dealership that day. Michael Boles assisted me with the vehicle and he was very helpful, answered all my questions and made sure that we were comfortable while we were there. When buying a car in the past, at other dealerships, it was not a pleasant experience when dealing with the price but that was NOT the case at Family Toyota we had no back and forth haggling. We got the van that we wanted for the price we wanted. I have already recommended this dealership to several people! More

Mickens, Tammy Rix, Vu Tran, Nick Lipinski and Kevin Langford each explained to me my options for purchasing a new car from them. I absolutely love the new Prius, and they did not overcharge me. Rolled into my finances were a payoff of $22,806 of a market value of $12,000 trade-in on a car purchased a few months ago from Vandergriff Toyota. Family Toyota provided me guidance in cancelling all non-standard services that Vandergriff claimed as standard/necessary for a 2011 Toyota Prius previously purchased from Vandergriff. I'm not through with dealing in letters and legal battles against Vandergriff, but I am thoroughly happy with the professional and kind treatment of Family Toyota. They are HONEST, SINCERE and truly CARE about their customers as people, and not just optimum profit for themselves. I recommend FAMILY TOYOTA of Burleson 100%!!! I do not like overbearing, aggressive sales people trying to make a sales quota deadline regardless of how the purchase may impact my finances or whether the vehicle even meets my needs. I had recently accompanied my teenage daughter to just about every car dealership in the DFW area and remembered exactly why I hate going to dealerships so much. I could write a whole page on the “tricks” we were subjected to at other dealerships in an attempt to get us to buy a new car at a high interest rates or a whole page on the time we wasted, but I would rather write about the wonderful experience and how surprised I was by Family Toyota of Burleson. Our salesperson was Shawn Creek and he took the time to ask a lot of questions to make a suggestion on the right vehicle to meet my needs at a price that was within my budget, and worked to get me the best deal for a payment I could afford. He made suggestions like getting the leather installed on a model that was not as expensive, and I ended up with the exact car I wanted, inside and out, at a price I could afford, with no pressure, and a totally pleasant experience. The finance department allowed me to drive the car home while they worked on the financial aspect (since the banks were closed) and came up with the same interest rate I was promised even though they ended up going through another lending source. I was impressed that my time was valuable to them, and they did all the work without me having to be there. I have bought four brand new vehicles in my life, and this sale by FAR, was the easiest and most pleasant experience. Not to mention, I love my new Camry! When I came back to get the leather installed, a rent car was waiting and ready for me, and I was out in 10 minutes. When I picked it up…it was beautiful and I was out in 10 minutes! I love Family Toyota of Burleson! The facility is great, everyone that works there is pleasant from the door greater to the manager and everyone in between.
