Not only was it a difficult vehicle to find due to the color and model I wanted they offered me the lowest price of all the dealerships in the area. I literally had another dealership say they have to pass because they could not offer me as low of a price as Family Toyota did. Another dealership never responded back when I sent them the offer Family Toyota offered me to see if they could offer me lower. This was my very first experience buying a new car and dealing with a dealership and I have to say I would do it again with Family Toyota and would not hesitate to send my own family to them. More

Michael Boles assisted me with the vehicle and he was very helpful, answered all my questions and made sure that we were comfortable while we were there. When buying a car in the past, at other dealerships, it was not a pleasant experience when dealing with the price but that was NOT the case at Family Toyota we had no back and forth haggling.
