I knew my budget and what I could pay for the vehicle. My dad gave me many tips and recommendations about working with dealerships, which made me nervous about making a deal, but I found that Family Toyota is very fair and helpful! I had a GREAT experience buying from them and I drove away feeling like I purchased a vehicle at a very good and fair price! Tammy greeted me by name as soon as I parked, and she was so helpful and made the process comfortable and fun. Although I didn't meet Michael, I know he also worked hard to help me over the phone. I know this dealership is honest about the cars, I am glad I purchased from them! It wasn't the experience I expected from a dealership, it was GREAT! More
