Customer Service is their main goal I live two hours from Burleson, but had some car trouble on a trip and pulled in. I was immediately amazed at how we were treated like special guests. Greg in the service department asked us about our service needs and was kind and comforting, which was just what we needed! The facility is beautiful and designed to make customers feel at home. On a subsequent visit, the service manager Chris made arrangements for our appointment. Ava welcomed us and took care of getting things set up. Phil drove us to a restaurant in the courtesy van. Every part of dealing with Family Toyota is courteous. The two-hour drive is worth it to receive such great service. I feel like I am going to be a life-long customer of Family Toyota of Burleson! My visit was not for sales, so I can not complete some of what is listed below.This is too bad, because the individuals who have helped us have been great! More
