When I checked the dealer's website, I found that the listed price matched what the pricing service (AAA via TrueCar) suggested as a better than average price. I called the dealer and spoke with John Carroll. We arranged a time for me to come drive the car and I told him that, provided the car met expectations based on the posted information, I'd likely purchase it. John and the rest of the dealership team was very pleasant throughout the process and did not make me wait while somebody checked information with someone else, who'd then have to verify it again with yet another person - it was about as straightforward a transaction as I've ever had or can imagine having at a car dealer. We came up there to trade in our car for one with b Man I was really hoping I would be able to give this place 5 stars, as they were amazing with us! We came up there to trade in our car for one with better gas mileage and settled on one of their Priuses. It was amazing and we worked with Tammy, Omar, and Matthew and they were all great with us! They did everything the could to help us with the transaction. They dropped the price of the car down for us to help us with the deal. They were awesome and sweet, helped us every way they could! It was a fantastic experience and we will likely go back for another car when the time comes! The only thing I would have to comment on, is as soon as we drove the car off the lot, all of the service lights came on so we had to take it back and were told they had to replace one of the valves and we would be able to come back the next day for our new Prius. That was fine with us, so we just took our old car back for the day! Then the next day came and we didn't get a call all day from them. So we decided to call around 5pm to get an update on the car! And when we got through to one of the ladies on the other line, she said that there was something else wrong and with the car and we wouldn't get it for another 4 days. Somebody was supposed to call us that morning to tell us so we wouldn't be waiting all day for the car.. but no one did.. so we are a little annoyed that we bought the car and won't have it for almost a week after. So the sale and the employees we spoke with directly were incredible! But the actual exchange has been sort of bad so far. But we can't wait until we finally get the car.. and drive it home for good!
