Family Toyota had a truck built to the exact specs I was looking for. Took it for a test drive with Cody Carlson (who was brand new to that dealership) and eventually sat down to make a fair deal for both sides. I had done my homework and knew well in advance what I was willing to pay and when I would walk the deal. I was not looking to waste time with a traditional negotiation and in fairness to Family Toyota, they never went in that direction. We went through the numbers and I compared everything to the spreadsheet I created to determine my fair price range. To my surprise, they made an aggressive opening offer on the price of the truck and I did not feel the need to counter. Perhaps I could have shaved a few more dollars off, but I value a relaxed and efficient transaction and most importantly, their offer was fair to both sides. After trading a few dollars on some dealer add-ons and the final value of my trade, we struck a deal. Nothing was a hard sell and they all did a very good job keeping the process relaxed and non-confrontational. Mark Cleaton was as pleasant a Finance rep as I have ever dealt with. And despite all the rain, Derrick Mickens took a few extra minutes to make sure the truck was as shiny as possible before I drove it off the lot. I plan on driving this truck for many years to come, but would definitely go back for my next Toyota purchase. I highly recommend Family Toyota of Burleson. More

I browsed the internet for a couple hours before I found Family Toyota of Burleson, and I liked what I saw. The truck that caught my eye only had one picture up on their website, but it had loads of information about the truck,PLUS the carfax! The website almost sold me on the spot on this truck, so I figured "well, what harm would come from looking." As soon as I parked,I was Greeted by Shawn. He asked what I was looking for, I described the truck, and he knew exactly which one I was looking for. I was pretty certain that I was going to need a cosigner, seeing that I'm a first time buyer, but I was wrong. After a couple hours, Shawn had everything squared away and had me waiting for Omar to get the financial end tied up. I explained the situation with my down payment, saying that I'd have it in hand after a couple days, and had everything signed and just about finished. A few days later, down payment in hand, I showed up, and drove home in my new to me truck. Everyone here was very pleasant to be around, and Shawn was a great guy to talk to. I know I want to have my next car buying experience with him, plus I'm sending everyone I know that's looking for a car to him. Omar definitely made the whole process with finance seem like a breeze. I didn't feel pressured, and it felt like I was talking to a friend. I can't say thank you enough for everything they helped me accomplish this week! More

We just happened to hook up with Richard Creek and to make a long story short he worked with us and accommodated us in a very professional and personable manner. He is very knowledgeable of his products. He did not rush us through the process nor did he try to "snow" us. He professionally addressed each and all of our questions. The specific car we wanted was not in the dealership's inventory so instead of trying to get us to take a car from his lot he worked to find/deliver one from another dealership. I'd never shopped anywhere else before, but I knew what I wanted, and Bruce made it happen as soon as possible while making sure to inform me of all the bells and whistles. I just graduated from college and have a job, and needed a good car ASAP, wanted a reliable Toyota, and Bruce and Mark from finance made it happen as soon as possible and explained everything so well. Greatest Dealership Ever! This was the most amazing experience ever! I found the car online and e-mailed them about it. They gave me the actual drive out price after taxes and This was the most amazing experience ever! I found the car online and e-mailed them about it. They gave me the actual drive out price after taxes and even gave me an amazing quote on my car I wanted to trade. After driving two and a half hours to the dealership, I expected to be given the normal car dealership treatment, but that was quite the opposite. It took about 30 minutes to finalize all the paperwork after I told them what kind of payment I wanted, and they were super nice and made it happen. This was a shock to me since it took my wife 5+ hours to buy her Jeep in Richardson and having them run back and forth barely working with her. Family Toyota was not this way at all. They were amazing to work with. Michael Boles and Jeff Raim were fantastic! They called me a few days after to check and make sure everything was okay and even gave their personal phone numbers in case I had any questions. I will tell all of my friends and definitely go back once I am ready for a new car. I received the car and price I wanted without all of the nonsense and hassle. More
