Buying a car is not a fun process but Jeff Raim at Family Toyota is honest, transparent but more importantly authentic. He is the sole reason I will highly recommend this dealership. The finance person was cold, robotic and disrespectful. He set me up at 9.26% at 48 months after agreeing to 7% at 60 months on paper. Regardless of the limited social skills of the finance department- go buy a car from Jeff - he knows his products and will actually help you find the right car for YOU. This is a salesman. Just note----get your own financing in advance to pay cash to avoid the finance office - the rebates aren't worth dealing with that guy - yes I will pay $750 extra to not have another conversation with him.
