You have to work with Sierra! She was the most respectful, coolest, no-xx salesperson I have ever worked with in my 15 years of buying cars. From the moment we did the Facetime to She was the most respectful, coolest, no-xx salesperson I have ever worked with in my 15 years of buying cars. From the moment we did the Facetime to see the car, she was able to answer every single one of my questions and said for an eleven-year old Tundra, this was one of the cleanest ones she had ever seen. We negotiated the offer, and since I was an out-of-state buyer, she promised it would be the easiest purchase I ever completed. I bought my plane ticket. She scheduled me a LX Uber from the airport and ensured I had snacks and water upon arriving at the dealership. The process was easy, and the people were beautiful and fantastic. From Sierra to the business managers to the titling clerk, it was the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever had in my life. I will definitely travel back, even with the plane trip, and drive home as long as Sierra still works at family Toyota. More

After speaking with several dealerships, Family Toyota of Burleson has earned my business. I traveled all the way from San Angelo to Burleson, which is about 3 and a half hours to 4 hour drive, to get my 202 Burleson has earned my business. I traveled all the way from San Angelo to Burleson, which is about 3 and a half hours to 4 hour drive, to get my 2024 Toyota Corolla Nightshade. Arriving there everyone seemed nice and from what I could tell the dealership treated their employees pretty good. I just want to say thanks to Jeff Raim for selling me this car. I purchased my latest car from this dealership and have long used them for my service needs. Their facilities are always clean and inviting, their service quick and efficient, and their sales staff ethical long used them for my service needs. Their facilities are always clean and inviting, their service quick and efficient, and their sales staff ethical. My only beef is that they attach a dealer add-on package to every new car sale. Philosophically, I am opposed to this and believe the customer should be given the options of which accessories and care packages they want to purchase. However, the package is reasonable and not filled with scammy items that inflate the price of the car by thousands of dollars. The car business has become corrupt especially since the pandemic, but I find this dealer to be significantly more ethical than others in our area and that’s why I use them. More
