He treated me with respect, showed me what he had to offer and since has called me to see if I found the car I wanted. What a fantastic experience!! I was contacted by Lynn to come in and see about getting our previous 2013 Camry appraised for a trade in. My husband and I decided to set up a time a I was contacted by Lynn to come in and see about getting our previous 2013 Camry appraised for a trade in. My husband and I decided to set up a time and just go see; after all it wouldn't hurt anything. We were greeted by Lynn! She was so nice and fun and very honest. She answered all our our questions and guided us. We told her what we wanted, what we could afford, and our previous purchase history. She delivered with a beautiful dark smoke grey 2017 Toyota Camry. After test driving our car we knew it was the one! We went back in so let finance work their magic. Our previous Canry was bought used at Non Toyota dealership. We did not have any credit really at the time and we're paying a SUPER high interest rate. Not only did we get out payments at what we could afford pretty close to what we were paying but they also cut our inter in half! We then went on to meet the super friendly Bryan in finance who got us an amazing deal with GAP and Tire, Wheel, and windshield coverage without our payment getting our payments to high. He stayed late doing all the paperwork with us and we were proud to work w Veteran of our Armed Forces. We are Happy that we decided to do business with such a wonderful staff and location! I previously serviced my vehicle here and service was always amazing as well and fast! We left with a new "Mom" (Lynn) and feeling part of the "Family". We won't go anywhere else for our next vehicle! More

The dealership was free and clear from having to fix anything on the vehicle, especially after they already come down on the price, but they still wanted us to have a great-looking car, and told us to bring the car back to get it fixed like new. Thieves and liars I placed a $500 deposit down on a 2016 Toyota 4Runner trail premium. When I placed the deposit the car had not arrived in the United States yet. It was set to arrive sometimes toward the end of September. While placing my $500 deposit on the vehicle. I asked twice if I should change my mind before the car arrives is my deposit refundable? Both times they told me yes, so I placed the deposit. I contacted them a day later to cancel the deposit due to personal reasons, and they told me that they will not be refunding my $500. When I asked why they told me that it was their policy, and that it was written on my deposit form I had filled out. I read the deposit form a couple of times and no where did it say that my deposit is non refundable. They told me if I'd like they can put that $500 towards another car, but they will not be refunding me More

We told him which car we were interested in, there was no attempt to persuade us to look at other models or anything of that sort. When we let them know that we had our own financing there was no pushy attempt by Joe in finance to try and get us a better rate, he even took my first no to the extended warranty as my final answer. We even had our 6 and 2 year old daughters with us... I know big mistake, but when the youngest became cranky the Internet sales guy came in and handed us a note asking if he could bring them ice cream. Problem solved! Once all the paper work was done and the check was signed Gerrick came back brought us to our new ride and went over all the features with my wife he even got her phone set up on the Bluetooth. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. Thanks Gerrick! More

Very satisfied customer!!! On Tuesday, August 13, 2016, I found a black Crew Max Tundra on the Internet. I requested the selling price and just a few moments later Nick Charqua On Tuesday, August 13, 2016, I found a black Crew Max Tundra on the Internet. I requested the selling price and just a few moments later Nick Charqualaf of Family Toyota responded to my request. Nick called me and advised that the said Tundra was at Family Toyota in Burleson but he would have an employee bring the vehicle to the Arlington dealership, which was much closer. While en route to Arlington, Nick called me and said he had a family event he was committed to attend and said that Amanda McLeroy would be meeting with me to show the vehicle and answer any questions I had. Nick said the vehicle I was interested was now at the Arlington dealership and will be ready upon my arrival. Shortly thereafter, Amanda called me and said that she was at the dealership and would be happy to show the vehicle and that I could take a test drive. Upon our arrival my wife Vikki, and I met Amanda. I must say that she was very nice and answered all our questions. Of course I was very impressed with the Tundra. Amanda was very personable and knowledgeable about the vehicle. She is a great listener and we were very comfortable with her. We did not sense any "hard pressure" and were very relaxed. In fact our experience was very pleasant. Richard, the guy in finance, also was very pleasant and knowledgeable and explained in detail all the items on the buyer's order including the extended warranty. The next day in picking up the vehicle, Amanda was there and explaided how to do some of the procedures to operate some of the features of the vehicle. She even set up my phone with blue tooth. Amanda even climbed in the bed of the truck to show me how to install the tie downs! As I was about to leave, Amanda shook my hand and said, "Welcome to the family." Today, Thursday, Nick called me to thank me for purchasing the vehicle and said if I needed anything else or if he could assist me in anyway just call him. I have purchased many new vehicles over the years since 1970 and I have never had had such great service or treated as well as Nick, Amanda and Richard treated us through the whole process of purchasing the Tundra. By the way, the folks that got the vehicle ready for delivery did an excellent job. I love my Tundra. More
