When I take my vehicles in to Ava I never have to worry. Family Toyota has always fixed my vehicles correct the first time. I have never had to take a vehicle back. Ava sees to this. I have been with Family Toyota since it opened in Burleson. I recently bought a 2016 Tacoma from Family Toyota and it was a great experience. Took my 09 Tacoma in for an oil change and walked out with a new Tacoma. This 2016 Tacoma makes I believe my 14 Toyota vehicle. All the way back to a 70's model Toyota Hatchback car. Will always own Toyota. More

Sierra is the best!!! We went to Family Toyota of Burleson last Saturday looking for a used Prius. Sierra met us at the door and had us test drive two used ones and a new We went to Family Toyota of Burleson last Saturday looking for a used Prius. Sierra met us at the door and had us test drive two used ones and a new one for comparison. We purchased one of the used ones that night. Joe helped us with the financing paperwork. He was very patient, even though it was after closing time on Saturday night and my husband didn't notice his name was spelled incorrectly until we had signed several documents and we had to start over (totally our fault as Joe asked us to make sure all of the information was correct before proceeding with the paperwork). The only issue I have had with the car is a strange odor. I took the car in this afternoon and Sierra had someone deodorize the car and the smell seems to be gone. She also found me an owner's manual (I noticed the car didn't have one) and she had someone reset the "maintenance required soon" light that was apparently not reset when they changed the oil. I am very impressed with the quick and friendly service from Sierra, Joe and everyone else I have encountered at this dealership. More
