I wish I could give zero star for this place. I stopped by to check on the Prius after leaving the Honda dealership right across the street. My husband and I have been talking for a while about getting either a new Accord Hybrid or a Prius, but we were undecided to which car would be a best fit for us. We wanted to check both cars and see who would give us the best deal. I hate walking into dealerships because I know, specially at this time of the year, they will come up with all kinds of bs to make you buy their shit. So, when we arrived, Anthony came to help us. He was ok, but not very knowledgeable about anything. After 2 hours and 2 test drive on a Prius and a Camry, we sat down with Anthony to see what would be his best deal. We told him we wanted our monthly payment to be under $500 and he said he would talk to his manager. After a few minutes he comes back with something way higher than the price we told him. Once again I told him I can't pay that much a month and AGAIN he went to his manager. He comes back to us AGAIN with something above the numbers we gave him trying to push that price on us. I told him for the 3rd time that we cannot pay that much and he goes back to his manager to try a new deal. By this time I was getting really frustrated and about to walk out, but, because my husband really liked the Camry, we waited. So he comes back, this time with his manager Faheem. This guy is your typical salesman with all the cliché sells pitch. I wanted to laugh cause I couldn't believe they still train these salesman the same old tactics they did in the 60s. These tactics and pressure do not work on most millennials anymore as we know all about it. Anyway, I understand he wanted to make a sell, specially after all that time we were there, but what pissed me off was when I told him that I would NOT make a decision in buying their car at that moment (It was already 9 pm and they were closed. We were the last ones there), but I would decide on the next day after Honda gave us their deal so we could compare both deals and see what would be better for us. Well, of course he didn't want us to leave cause he knew the chances of losing us would be high, so he decided to be rude and unprofessional. He comes to me and asks me which car I liked the most, the Honda Accord or the Camry, and I told him I liked the Honda better, but I wanted to compare both cars and the deals to see what would be better for us. When I was about to tell him that my husband actually liked the Camry more and we were divided, he tell me "THEN GO AND BUY THE ACCORD, DON'T MAKE US WORK THAT HARD AND WASTE OUR TIME IF YOU'RE NOT GOING TO CLOSE THE DEAL WITH US, I'M HERE TO CLOSE DEALS, DO YOU WANT TO BUY WITH US?". Dude, I NEVER said I was or wasn't going to buy your car, all I said was that I wanted to make my decision AFTER I got the deal from Honda in the morning so I could compare the cars, he didn't have to be so nasty. Again, I understand how desperate this people are to make their commissions, but I'm buying something that will lose value the moment I drive off, so don't f...ng pressure me. This is not about them, it's about my husband and I and what we can afford. The guy at Honda didn't pressure us at all, and we felt very comfortable there. If Mr. Faheem had not used his outdated, cliché, pressure driven sells pitch and nasty attitude with us, we would consider buying the Camry for sure. He drove us off and I not even feel like buying Toyota cars anymore. After we got pissed off and left, Anthony comes to the parking lot after us asking if he can give us a deal for $475 a month, if we go ahead and buy the Camry. I told him, you can make it for $200/month and I won't buy from this place anymore. He then walked away. LOL, so now they can make us a good deal? Too late bro. My sister is a big Youtuber with about 300k subs where she talks about places to visit and shop in the US, and after I told her about Family Toyota of Burleson, she said she will make a video review on her channel. If you going to buy a car, and you the salesman or anybody is forcing you to make a decision right away, RUN AWAY, LEAVE the place and don't look back. Also, don't forget to leave them a bad review EVERYWHERE on the net. More

We found a VW Passat online and drove down to Burleson to check it out. Ronnie was the salesman helping us - he was very friendly, personable, welcoming and never once was pushy. We fell in love with the car and Ronnie helped us to get it for the price and terms we wanted. We felt as if he was on our team, trying his best to get us what we needed. The staff at Family Toyota of Burleson made this unexpected need to purchase a new vehicle a painless one and we hope to purchase from them again in the future. I would definitely recommend this dealership and working with Ronnie! More

Mr. Herndon did not assist me with my Disabled License (DL) p This rating is based on my previous experience wit the District Manager, Dustin Herndon. Mr. Herndon did not assist me with my Disabled License (DL) plates as promised. I was told he would send the DL plates in exchange for regular plates and that never happened! I was given one excuse after another including missing days from work because he said the plates would be in the mail. The last spoke words by him was HE would deliver them personally which caused me to take another day off from work to be home to greet him. He never showed up and never called. Prior to that he said the electricity went out in the building which prevented him from returning my call. I personally (after two months) went to DMV and took care of the matter MYSELF. Of course I had to pay a fee and was told I could keep my old disabled tags which Toyota told me I could not. Didn't I pay for new ones....tags, title, and license??? I also purchased my window sticker for August 2017 and place it on my returned vehicle. Not thinking I would replace the car. A couple of days later, DMV told me I could receive a refund if I brought the sticker back to them. The sticker was trashed and management refused to give a refund. I purchased my second new Toyota within a year from Family Toyota. I am disappointed. More
Great Experience! I recently purchased a used 2013 Ford Explorer from Joseph Llamas at Family Toyota in Burleson. I knew exactly the vehicle I wanted to see and purcha I recently purchased a used 2013 Ford Explorer from Joseph Llamas at Family Toyota in Burleson. I knew exactly the vehicle I wanted to see and purchase, and Joseph provided excellent service and support throughout the process. He did not try to "up sell" me on a different/new vehicle and was extremely courteous. Since I wasn't trading anything in on this vehicle, Joseph delivered the car to my home the same afternoon that the paperwork was completed. The next morning, I noticed a crack in the windshield that had not been there when I test drove the care. It was obvious that a rock had hit the windshield when it was being delivered. Joseph came out as quickly as he could to pick the car back up and had the windshield replaced at no cost to me, and returned it to me that same afternoon. I highly recommend Family Toyota and Joseph, along with Jun (Sales Manager) who did an excellent job providing support for the pricing of the vehicle I was interested in. More

I then found the truck on line that I eventually bought from Mr. Jeff Raim. I told him I was hesitant to even come unless the deal could be completed and I knew the terms. Jeff not only did this for me he went above and beyond my expectations. I went in Tuesday morning test drove my truck, and signed my paperwork. They were always mindful of my tight schedule to complete the deal before I had to pick my son up from school. With this experience I know I will never go anywhere else to a buy a vehicle and will be singing their praises to all my friends and family. Extraordinary Experience October 20, 2016 "Extraordinary experience!" - Ultimately Purchasing my 2016 Toyota Avalon XLE Premium. From the moment we drove on the lot at Fami October 20, 2016 "Extraordinary experience!" - Ultimately Purchasing my 2016 Toyota Avalon XLE Premium. From the moment we drove on the lot at Family Toyota, we were treated with exceptional service. Derrick met me and my friend that was helping me with selection of my vehicle. He listened very carefully to both on what specific options were important to me. We had previously looked online at a 2010 Avalon they had in stock and we were specific on what trim model and price range as it was going to be a cash purchase. Although the 2010 Avalon I wanted to test drive had already been pulled around waiting for another appointment, Derrick pulled a comparable 2013 Avalon for me to test drive and in doing so it gave me the opportunity to view what features it offered and to ask any questions I had. He answered every question that we had concerning the 2010 Avalon that I was considering to purchase and what options the 2013 Avalon I actually test drove offered. I ultimately purchased the 2013 Avalon XLE with the newer body style and additional upgraded features. We had a remarkable buying experience with Derrick and Sierra. They were both so professional yet I felt like I was with family out car shopping. I did not use any of the financing options available to me the business office experience went extremely smooth with no pressures to buy any add-ons although I did purchase an extended car warranty and wheel/dent/windshield coverage. To even better express our great experience from our first visit that when we returned to pick up the 2013 Avalon after the upgrades were added I decided to take one last look at the New 2016 inventory. This visit Derrick was assisting another customer and brought in Sierra to further help us. I decided to open up my budget and purchase the 2016 Avalon Premium XLE yet they did not have the exact color interior/exterior option I was wanting. Again, without any reservations they took on the task locating the vehicle at another Toyota dealership and I happily picked it up a few days later and Sierra with of the final delivery and took the time to help me program my car with the Entune on-board entertainment system to meet my style and personal needs. We had researched other dealers and communicated with them and I can say without a doubt that Family Toyota of Burleson went above and beyond to welcome us as a new customer. Again, Thank you all so very much! Especially Derrick Mickens and Sierra Mickens, yes a Father and Daughter working together that truly bought out the genuine values of Family Toyota of Burleson. He came out with the 2011 Honda CRV with low miles and despite my credit issues he was able to get me approved and now I have a wonderful, dependable vehicle for my family. They advertised vehicles that were already sold to lure you in. Family Toyota of Burleson had a 2015 Cadillac SRX advertised and the price was GREAT. We doubted the car was there but we called just in case. Danny Tran answered the phone and he was immediately personable. He confirmed the vehicle was there and we asked if we could come out and see it. He agreed to see us and we drove there within 30 minutes. Met Danny quickly, drove the car with 15 minutes of arriving, agreed to buy within 20 minutes and we were out in less than an hour and a half. Dustin is a stellar GM and Christi is just a joy to speak with, even if we weren't transacting business. Thank you guys and we'll be back! More
