We struggled with parti We purchased our third Toyota in October 2016. We loved our 2008 Sequoia. It was a reliable vehicle with excellent quality. We struggled with parting with it because our mileage was still low (85.500 miles), but the technology was older and we were looking for an upgrade. Anyone who rode with us was amazed at the ride and quality of my "truck". Our experience with purchasing a new Sequoia was very positive and we are happy with our purchase. I enjoy the updated and top-rate technology, but also enjoy the comfort of the similarities to my older Sequoia. Most things are in the same place, but newer and more advanced. My husband has a Tundra and it is a great truck. My parents drive a Toyota 4-Runner (their second one) and they love it. We have recommended Toyota to everyone we know who may be thinking about a new vehicle. More

I’ve had my share of bad experiences with pushy and/or condescending salesmen. During my initial research, Michael Boles, Internet Relationship Manager answered every question I had over email. Some dealerships refused to answer any question over email and insisted that I come to the dealership. Michael didn’t hesitate at all and he was extremely knowledgeable and prompt answering my emails. I told him we needed a vehicle that was a 4x4 and this was to be a surprise for my husband. He listened to my options request and was committed in finding us the perfect vehicle. From the moment I arrived, I had someone open the door for me and directed me where I need to go. Michael did a great job in answering all my questions and we narrowed it down to 2 vehicles for my husband to test drive. There was no pressure to buy the vehicle. A couple of days later, we returned and Mike Wassell & Tramaine Tucker assisted us. My husband loves the Tundra and it’s a birthday we will all remember. We had a STELLAR experience at Family Toyota of Burleson. Every staff member was courteous, helpful AND the prices are competitive. When my 4Runner breaks down, I’m coming back here to buy another vehicle from Family Toyota of Burleson!!!
