Exceptional I called an inquired about a new 4Runner, I spoke with Jeff Raim on the phone. Mr. Raim helped me to locate exactly what I was looking for, it was at their Arlington location. He had the vehicle brought over to Burleson the very next day. I showed up in the afternoon and he had my vehicle pulled to the side so no one else would sell it before I got there. No pushy sales pitch, he just let the vehicle speak for itself. Their prices were the best in the metroplex, believe me I called everywhere. Chris the sales manager was able to get me to the right number and gave me more than my trade-in was worth. Best Service Ever I was one of the first customers at Family Toyota in Burleson TX. I have been a dedicated Toyota owner since my first one in 1976 and have always had I was one of the first customers at Family Toyota in Burleson TX. I have been a dedicated Toyota owner since my first one in 1976 and have always had to drive to adjoining towns for service or to buy a new Toyota. I was very happy when this new dealership built in Burleson less than 4 miles from my house. I wasn't sure what to expect when I opened but was delighted with the friendly and professional service they provided. Chris Bruner (service manager) is the best at helping me solve any problems with any of the four Toyotas that I own. We had some trouble with a set of tires I bought and Chris tried everything to solve the problem only to find that the tires were faulty from the factory. He finally put on a different brand of tires at a much reduced price and the problem was solved. When I was ready for a new car I bought a new 2016 'Camry at the dealership. Most recently I took my Camry in for a 20,000 checkup and also took my wife's Avalon in and Miguel Hernandez was very helpful and friendly. More

My experience with Family Toyota in a word, "Awesome". I was thinking about trading my vehicle for a new one but really hadn't done any looking except on line. Anyway, Family Toyota's Michael Mosley had answered one of my questions regarding a offering price and vehicle availability. A couple days later I drove over to their business location on I-35, and left about two and a half hours later in a new vehicle of my choice. The purchase was hassle-free with little jockeying back and forth regarding money difference between my vehicle and theirs. Overall the entire process was quite pleasurable with virtually no stress. For someone seeking a new vehicle, I believe that if they visit Family Toyota the time will be short until they'll be sporting a new ride of which they'll be proud along with the deal that allowed them to obtain it.
