I believed that quality customer service is a lost art but Miguel proved me wrong and I'm happy about that . That young man will go far with his quality customer service skills. We live 4 and 1/2 hours away so I wanted to talk to someone before we committed to going out there. Mike continued to contact me via email and text to see if I had cemented travel plans and to let me know about a price drop! When we arrived he promptly showed me the car and happily chatted with my fiance (bonding over mutual experiences in Lubbock YFL). Their vehicles are in very good condition and the sale was easy. I truly feel like I got an excellent price on my car, I am just mad I went anywhere first. I was also greatful that even though it was primarily a Toyota dealership he didn't try to talk down the Nissan I came to drive. No pressure to add their extra warranties which made the whole process easy. Coming to see Family Toyota first when I purchase my next vehicle! More

Great People Cole is a very nice guy. He goes out of his way to see that you are taken care of. If you are interested in a Toyota and not the typical pressure sell Cole is a very nice guy.
