Trading in a car I bought there with an unknown bad Carfax In September of 2016 my son bought a 2013 elantra. His father consigned. It had a clean Carfax except for one minor incident with no damage. My son went to trade the car and the current Carfax came up saying that it had been in a major accident with structural damage. the dealership that my son went to which was not family Toyota said that they would only give him $2,000 for the car. He still owed $9,000 on the car. We called family Toyota and they really took care of the situation. they gave my son almost everything he owed on the car and came down on another car that he bought , a 2013 Malibu. They gave him a really good rate and his own loan. It turned out much better than I thought it could. we were really in a spot but Derrick and the general manager Dustin treated us right. I will go there the next time I get ready to buy a car because I know that they will take care of me. It was not family toyotas fault that the structural damage incident was not on the Carfax. But they backed up the car anyway. I was very impressed with the way they handled the whole situation. More

A "stuff happens" experience turned out well I took my 2009 Pontiac Vibe in for a routine oil change, However during the post service car wash, my vehicle got "bumper tagged" in the rear causing I took my 2009 Pontiac Vibe in for a routine oil change, However during the post service car wash, my vehicle got "bumper tagged" in the rear causing minor damage on the bumper (chipped paint). Aron not only made sure the chip and other pre-existing chips were touched up, he also waived the cost of the service because of my inconvenience in waiting another day to get the car back to me. He is honest and conscientious in making sure his customers are satisfied. More
