Derek Herndon made our review on Friday night informative and enjoyable. Came back the following day for a test drive in the daylight (didn't want to do it in the dark), knowing we were probably going to buy, because the offer made the previous evening was unbeatable (I looked around). Derek was with us for several hours on that Saturday (12/30) for the test drive, working out details of a trade-in, initial financing set up, and make ready. I dislike shopping for vehicles, but the combination of internet shopping followed up by Derek's excellent service made this experience smooth, low pressure, and not the hassle that I usually dread. The 4-star for "quality of work" is in reference to the detailing. The third party contractor they use (in house) missed several minor things and I had to bring the vehicle back for correction. More
