Clueless Where do you start on this one? My wife and I were just looking this morning at the CPO Tundra, mind you just looking. Faheem and Michael came out an Where do you start on this one? Faheem and Michael came out and said “This truck is 102 days old!” “Ok” I said how much is this 102 day old truck? No solid reply. Let’s take it for a test drive, no fuel. I asked, as we were heading to get fuel, what’s the remaining warranty? Again, no solid answer. We can check the carfax. No carfax provided. Brought my trade in,( got flipped to a different sales guy that didn’t give a rats xxx if we made a deal or not)$4k difference between what KBB.com shows and what the appraised it at. Got told that their “CPO” vehicle aren’t truly CPO unless the customer pays an additional $495 to have the vehicle go through the CPO process. Then why plaster CPO all over the vehicles when they’re really not? That’s bad business practices if you ask me. Family just lost a loyal service customer. I’ll never set foot on that premises again. Still didn’t get a solid price on the vehicle I was looking at. More

He is extremely cooperative, and his techs have always gotten the job done right the first time! Chris runs a great service department, keeps his employees on their toes. Aron (asst service mgr) is young, doesn't know everything (YET!), but is always willing to look for the answer when he doesn't immediately know it. I think that's a necessary characteristic in a serice adviser. Burleson Family Toyota is always a very friendly place to visit. I've only worked with the service department, but will certainly see them first when I'm looking to buy another car. More
