Needed my Mercedes serviced I always dread getting work done on my 2013 Mercedes because it is incredibly expensive and honestly, the people that I have dealt with in the past ar I always dread getting work done on my 2013 Mercedes because it is incredibly expensive and honestly, the people that I have dealt with in the past are fairly rude....they act insulted if I ask for a estimate upfront and always give me a low number a very high number which basically is not an estimate at all. A friend suggested that I try Family Toyota in Burleson and I must say, I was so impressed. I worked with Aron WIlliams who was professional and kind. I felt like the cost was fair and not at all inflated just because I drove up in a Mercedes. Everyone that I encounter from the person that greeted me to the kind lady who checked me out, had a positive friendly attitude, I will defiantly go back and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.
