We purchased from Family Toyota in 2022. I only write this because I just purchased from Four Stars Toyota (Altus, OK) and the difference was night and day. Andrei did not take the time to I only write this because I just purchased from Four Stars Toyota (Altus, OK) and the difference was night and day. Andrei did not take the time to show us the features of our car. He seemed to only want to finalize the deal and move on to the next customer. One year after my purchase I had a wreck and needed a new car. I reached out to Andrei for help...and never heard from him again. He lost a sale to Four Stars Toyota who did an amazing job getting us a new car and showing us all it had to offer. The Service Dept at Family Toyota is pretty good. I will say that. More
