Honestly the most seamless car transaction I think I’ve ever had, and have purchase over 25 cars in the last 10 years! This dealerships staff, from their sales professional, Andrei, to Chris, the sales manager this place is top notch. Can’t say enough about how friendly, accommodating, and willingness to get you taken care of. One more thing of note… usually dealerships get you into their finance department and lay on you hard sales, not this place. Their finance guys are so professional, and thorough it honestly, surprised me. This is my first Toyota Tundra purchase, and first time visiting Family Toyota, but I’ll tell you, I’ll be recommending them to ANYONE who wants/needs a new car or truck. I believe them to be sincere, honest, and an overall an amazing dealership. Others in the area could take lessons from them on how to treat a new or potential new customer.
