The Family Toyota Arlington sales manager and sales employees were the worst used car salesman I've ever experienced. Did not look up my credit application at all. Very hard to deal with. When I called and asked questions about what type of car and down payment amount I needed to qualify for financing the salesman became very rude and never gave me any options. Andrei was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and was able to respond to all our concerns quickly. After we selected the Tundra we wanted we asked if we could get a sprayed in bed liner.
