She really just wanted to look and didn't want any pressure from a salesman so seeing him walk toward us before we even got out of the car worried me a little. He introduced himself and asked Mom what she was looking for. After hearing that she has arthritis in her knees, he immediately recommended the Rav4. David was so helpful and patient and he put Mom at ease right away. We never felt pressured at all. We could not have had a better experience. After months and months of dreading the process, Mom walked away feeling confident about her decision. I can't thank David enough! It was a blessing to meet him! More

Nick started the car before we got there so it as cold when we went to test drive. Family Toyota beat the price of other dealerships by a long shot. The purchasing experience was pleasant, quite unlike the experience we had previously at another dealership. The price quoted for both the vehicle and the trade were fair, and the negotiations avoided the silly gyrations you experience at some dealerships. More

Mixed Experience Our experience was marred by an inventory snafu between the two (Burleson and Arlington) lots. They found out about the car inventory mistake that morning but didn't tell me over the phone before I came over. (We had 3 phone calls with two different people. You'd think they'd bring it up at one of those calls.) It wasn't until after about 30 minutes into the appointment, they told us about the mistake. Therefore, this slow disclosure felt disingenuous. This ultimately colored our experience. That said, our interactions with the personnel of the Arlington location, particularly the sales rep, were friendly. They also put the wrong sales rep's name on our buyer's contract. Hopefully, these issues were just growing pains for this new storefront. UPDATE: Matt reached out to us and helped improve the situation. His response and fast action was excellent and much appreciated. Thank you so much! More

Clearing dash maintenance requiredment light. The problem was identified and cleared with no problems in a timely manner. The repair, required that parts had to be ordered. The car was kept over night and a rental car was provided, at no cost to me, the repairs were completed the next morning. The cost of the repair was under the job quoted price. We have had a great working relationship with Mr. Bobby Eyeington, for nine years, since our return from Germany with the car that was most recently serviced, any time we have needed help with a maintenance problem Bobby has been able to handle it with knowledge and experience. This is the reason we will be bring our second Toyota to the dealership for that same care and professionalism. More
