John responded and to start with, I thought there was some kind of catch. Nobody gives an offer like I got over the internet before I even talk to them. I called John and we essentially made a deal right over the phone. I drove to the dealership at the end of the week and everything that John had promised was there. They didn't even have the car I wanted on the lot and John found what I wanted and got it there in time for me to finish the deal on Saturday. Next time I need a car, I will definitely consider Family Toyota, even though they are 380 miles away from my home. More
