I have purchased a lot of cars in the past and I can say that John West has been the best ever. I live 380 miles away and requested information on a car through the internet. John responded and to start with, I thought there was some kind of catch. Nobody gives an offer like I got over the internet before I even talk to them. I called John and we essentially made a deal right over the phone. I drove to the dealership at the end of the week and everything that John had promised was there. They didn't even have the car I wanted on the lot and John found what I wanted and got it there in time for me to finish the deal on Saturday. Next time I need a car, I will definitely consider Family Toyota, even though they are 380 miles away from my home. More

I was placed in contact with John and I contacted the dealership about a vehicle that was being shown on the website but was at the Burleson location. I was placed in contact with John and I let him know about my inquiry and that I lived closer to his dealership than Burleson. John offered to go get the vehicle from Burleson and bring it to Arlington. My wife and I went to the dealership and John was very friendly, honest and helpful.
