Great Experience I had a great experience at this dealership. I met my sales associate at their other location in Burleson. Asher greeted me in front of the dealership I had a great experience at this dealership. I met my sales associate at their other location in Burleson. Asher greeted me in front of the dealership. He took me inside and first found out what I was looking for. Once he found out that I was looking for a 2016 RAV4, he found a vehicle that had all the options I was looking for. The blind spot monitor was an important feature. He found just the vehicle I was looking for. He took me for a test drive and even offered for me to take the car home to show the misses. I declined. I told him I would talk it over with her and then make a decision. It was not until a couple of weeks and some more shopping around, that we decided to go with the 2016 that Asher had shown me. I called Asher. He then told me he had been transferred to this, the Arlington, location. I decided that this did not matter. I was impressed with how Asher treated me from the beginning and drove to the Arlington location to work with Asher. They were outstanding from beginning to the end. From Asher to the management, to the financing. Everyone made sure we had a great experience. We even decided to go all the way and got a brand new 2017 model instead of the 2016 after test driving the newer car. Thank you for the time, patience and experience. More

While waiting to be helped, I was approached by a gentleman in a suit who asked how he could help me. I told him why I was there and he excused himself so he could attend to my needs. In a few minutes, he came back and said that the truck was waiting in front and Christian was to show me the vehicle. I found out later that the gentleman in the suit was the General Manager! I guess he wanted to make sure I was taken care of immediately. Christian discussed the vehicle in detail and was very courteous. I felt very comfortable with our discussion and test drive. When we drove back, I was introduced to Kash to discuss numbers. I asked lots of questions and during the entire time, I was not pressured to buy. I left the store feeling good. My 2nd visit- I bought the truck No hard sales, no feeling of being sized up nor discriminated. I did not just buy a great truck but I also great experience. I will definitely recommend this place to others! More
