Tremendous car-buying experience! I started my car purchasing experience via email, which put me in touch with John West at Family Toyota. John was responsive and professional throughout the price negotiation process; when I arrive for our scheduled appointment, he was fully prepared and helped get me out the door in under an hour. And on top of everything else, as I was about to leave John pointed out the tiniest dent on my passenger side door; I never would have noticed this. Not only did John offer to fix it for me, but he personally drove out to my workplace to retrieve my vehicle the next day, drove it back to the dealership for repair, and finally drove it back out to me all in the same day. Each trip he took was 30 minutes... now THAT is quality service. I highly recommend Family Toyota and especially John West for your car-buying needs. More
