Horrible service department - stay away! Ken is just rude and not customer friendly. Mechanics are careless and often leave more damage than they attempt to repair. I keep giving them one more chance as the lady who oversees service is really nice. But her staff is just awful. From front desk at service to the mechanics (if you can even call them that). Ruined my door panels, scratched my wheels and tore up my lug nuts with their air tools. Three folks in waiting room all said the same thing. So it’s not just me. Wage up Chris Sarat! Your family should divest themselves of this dealership. More

Ken in service is not very honest and just plan rude. I will never go back. Service has always been sub par at this dealership (mechanics make a mess with their boot scuff marks on door panels and are ov I will never go back.
