Everyone is courteous and professional. I prefer to wait for my vehicle and they get me in and out as quickly as possible. I dropped my vehicle off at noon and I received a call at 2:30 pm that day with an update. I was told my vehicle wouldn’t be ready that day but that was to be expected. The next day I received a call saying 2:30 pm that day with an update. I was told my vehicle wouldn’t be ready that day but that was to be expected. The next day I received a call saying that it was all set late morning. I was able to pay over the phone and pick up at my convenience. All of my concerns were heard and addressed. My Explorer is running like new again! I will definitely be returning here for future service. More
