The service experience was beyond poor. Brought the car in for two (2) issues. First, an OTA update, as software issue in my car has prevented it from receiving OTA updates for a while. Th Brought the car in for two (2) issues. First, an OTA update, as software issue in my car has prevented it from receiving OTA updates for a while. The car has been to a dealer numerous times for to update it for failed OTA updates. The dealership accused me of lying, telling me dealership never installs updates that fail OTA. They went so far as to print out my vehicle service history and circle each service visit to show me the any update was coded recall. Then, after saying I lied they offered to reset the SYNC system if paid for their time. Second, was for cracking seat upholstery (the car is less than 2 years old). The upholstery is thin perforated vinyl. The online forums list numerous incidents of the upholstery cracking. The service manager accused me of cutting (there are probably 1/2 dozen cracks) the upholstery and refused to submit a warranty claim. On top of all this the service manager refused to speak with me. The experience was so bad I thought I was being punked. More
