I set up an appointment online. The flyer I got in the mail listed the hours for service on it. Open til 8:pm on Thursday, great. They did get me in for an oil change but wouldn’t do an alignment. I get there and even the hours on the door says service department open til 8:pm. Not my fault. Both Ken and Agnes made me feel like it was my fault for schedule conflict. Not impressed. More
