I recently took my vehicle to the dealership for service, opting for the full synthetic works package, which is supposed to include a tire rotation. However, after the service was completed, I noticed that m opting for the full synthetic works package, which is supposed to include a tire rotation. However, after the service was completed, I noticed that my tire with a noticeable scuff in the rear was still in the same position—clear evidence that the rotation had not been performed. Additionally, I had recalls that needed to be addressed, but those were not taken care of during my visit. When I inquired about scheduling an appointment to have them fixed, I was simply told to call back on Monday instead of being assisted in booking the service while I was already there. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. When you bring your vehicle in for service, there’s an expectation that the work you’re paying for will actually be completed and that recalls—safety-related issues—will be handled with urgency. Having to follow up multiple times to ensure basic services are performed correctly is unacceptable. More
