The new waiting room is very nice, but the is no tea in the coffee bar and the remote for the TV doesn't work. I would recommend Ford as long as you want an SUV or truck. Before I start I just want to say I am not some customer that knows nothing. I have 11 FORD Manufactuers certs. With that being said in the past this dealership service dept diagnosed an issue with one of m that knows nothing. I have 11 FORD Manufactuers certs. With that being said in the past this dealership service dept diagnosed an issue with one of my vehicles and it was the wrong diagnoses so I brought it back and they told me there was no check engine light that it was essentially a “ghost code” that the original code was taken care of with the repair I authorized them to do, but ultimately I got a second opinion from another Ford dealership and if I didnt get one my engine would of been destroyed, the issue was that my engine was slowly advancing due to a broken dowel pin on my cam sprocket anyways Since this incident that occurred in 2014 I only allowed oil changes to be done. Well this week that changed I gave the dealership service dept a benefit of the doubt and went ahead and had them diagnose my truck and they came back with a few issues one being my biggest concern with the wheel bearings I could of done the job myself and cheaper but with the weather I decided to let them do the job and all I got to say is it has restored my faith back in them. Jeremie was great he was very understanding and told me what the issue was with no mis guidance even after the wrk was completed he explained the process of the work and what was done and how they technicians reassured that the main issue was corrected. All in all I am pleased with the service I was provided and the comfortablilty I felt with jeremie. This was a step in the right direction to restoring my trust in this particular dealership rather than bringing my business to another Ford dealer. I met Mike a few times he seems to be a wonderful person we talked about my car and what I’ve had done to it. Great people person. Ken I had a few times and it sometimes feels like customers and their questions annoy him. And Agnes Is a sweetheart only wants the best for you and your vehicle I’ve done most of my business with Agnes. This is a step in the right direction. Thank you for everything! More

My wife and I brought our two vehicles in for service. One was a 2017 Escape and the other was a 2020 F-150. During the Holiday our Edge wouldn't start, After several atempts,our car had to be towed, leaving us with no transportation. Family Ford service dept worked to find the problem, luck was with us and we had atempts,our car had to be towed, leaving us with no transportation.
