Scheduled an oil change for a Subaru that was purchased at Family Ford and asked service employee to scan for code because the check engine light kept coming on. Service employee very rudely said, “no we d at Family Ford and asked service employee to scan for code because the check engine light kept coming on. Service employee very rudely said, “no we don’t do that. You’ll have to take it to a Subaru dealer.” Guess I won’t be ever going back to Family Ford. There are too many options out there to be treated that way. And to lie to me and tell me that they couldn’t do it. Wow. More
