I set up an appointment online. The flyer I got in the mail listed the hours for service on it. Open til 8:pm on Thursday, great. Hours listed online said appointment available for 4:pm, great. Set it up. Received a call from Agnes saying, “we can’t do that, our tech go home at 4. Not according to the flyer or website. They did get me in for an oil change but wouldn’t do an alignment. I get there and even the hours on the door says service department open til 8:pm. Not my fault. Both Ken and Agnes made me feel like it was my fault for schedule conflict. Not impressed. More
