My experience was awful. The car was not driven, miles were the same as when I dropped off the car. Only 1 item was fixed, seems as though the technician didn't even attempt to look at the other issues. Warranty problem, no tech wants to deal with it. My car battery was dead in the parking lot, only sat for 2-3 days (weekend included). I won't be back to family ford for their services ever or recommend them. More

Overcharged, came out with more issues than when I went in I was told another sensor issue occurred in addition to one I brought it in for, then I was charged many fees/ diagnostic charge I wasn't expectin in I was told another sensor issue occurred in addition to one I brought it in for, then I was charged many fees/ diagnostic charge I wasn't expecting.
