this is the third light I’ve had put in this truck and I just don’t seem to wanna find where the problem is. They just keep putting the new bulb in. It works for a minute and then it goes. Just follow the electrical problem to where it starts instead of coming back-and-forth and then for me to get a loaner vehicle it has to be a Ford and I four men in my vehicle with their tools and they wanted to give me a Ford Mustang something wrong thousands of thousands of dollars on Ford trucks every year and I can’t even get a vehicle as a loaner unless it’s a Ford because Ford don’t have loaners I have to go to Enterprize, which doesn’t have Ford. How does that help me at all? More
Truck was not ready to go when we got there for our appointment. Sales person had to go gas up the truck after we arrived. No one went over the features of the truck after the check was received. The truck came without a tailgate because it was stolen at the dealership and we were not given a date when the tailgate will arrive. I asked for a tailgate to be put on the truck until the new one arrived and we left without a tailgate. We also do not have anything in writing saying we are getting a tailgate. More
I have a cracked catalytic converter. Claim it's not covered by the warrenty because it's not "broken on the inside" they offered to weld it for 250 bucks. Have had good service previously but this time was different. Their systems were down so everything seemed to be a mess. Truck had follow up work was told parts would be in within 2-3 business days. A week later still had not received a call, so I called in the service employee that I dealt with was off so I asked if another service employee could assist. They stated they would call back, never received a call back. Another two days later I followed up to see what the status was and finally given an answer to reschedule in service. All the repairs were made and fixed the first time the best part of my service. The worst part of this experience was that with leaving my truck within their parking lot my license plate was stolen and no one from Family Ford of Enfield seemed to care. Police were called and filed report. Police officer tried to “work” with Family Ford but said they were hesitant to assist. I was parked directly in front of their security cameras. Police officer stated the owner looked on his phone through to footage for about a minute said he couldn’t see anything sorry….Meanwhile I was spending ~$800. Now my plate is driving throughout New York being charged left & right. Hopefully just bad luck. More
