Earlier on, I provided an initial review in which I gave only two stars to this dealership. It was largely a product of the sales representative being very well informed about the Mustang Mach. In that review I noted that the gentleman was professional and courteous but needed more training — Now the good part — a few days after my evaluation, Frank Robertson, from Family Ford called me up; we had a lengthy chat and he promises to correct the situation and do whatever he could do to make things right. AND HE DID. Frank followed up sever emails, answering questions, providing additional information about the MME. Truly a great guy, professional and knows his stuff. Also, the manager of family ford contacted me and told me he would like to make things right. Both the manager and Frank have been generous with their time and support. As they say, things happen — but family ford has made every effort to make things right. Definitely would come back to buy another vehicle from them in the future. More
