Worst service ever with no respect from Tommy the person who attended to me. I came in with the intention of getting my vehicle serviced there and he told me that the parts were backed ordered. I had no pro who attended to me. I came in with the intention of getting my vehicle serviced there and he told me that the parts were backed ordered. I had no problem with that. He said he would call me when the parts came in, I had no problem with that. So a week passed I called in wanting to get an update then I was put on hold to speak with Tommy. They later said he would call me back. Never did. I let another week go by and called back same thing happened again. More
The folks who work in the service department are always quite friendly. I appreciate the reminders they give me to check other items (Things that I did not necessarily come in for). Here's an example from last week: * I requested an oil change with out a tire rotation because I have my tires rotated at the tire center where I purchased my after market tires. They reminded me to make sure to have my brakes inspected. Which I certainly appreciated. I have another service center I utilize for some services so I will have them check my brakes. As a dealer I do like Family Ford. I like the sales department as well as the service department. And I like the fact that I am free to do some services at Ford and other services elsewhere without the pressure to be exclusive to Family Ford of Enfield. For me, it is a nice balance and that is why I continue to patronize Family Ford of Enfield. More
