Kerbeck had several vehicles in stock that were very similar to the one that we had ordered. We drove over 200 miles to see what they had. Upon arrival we were promptly greeted by Brian Denight who made it very clear that he understood our situation and would do whatever he could to help us. He showed us several vehicle and was very patient in answering all of our questions. His product knowledge is very impressive. How i came to be at FC Kerbeck I was orignally encouraged to stop at FC Kerbeck under false pretenses. I had put an inqury on the internet looking for a left over SRX or an Enclave. I was orignally encouraged to stop at FC Kerbeck under false pretenses. I had put an inqury on the internet looking for a left over SRX or an Enclave. I had recieved several calls from a salesman named Anthony Sanders, when I was finally able to take his call I told him I was looking for 2014 left over SRX or an Enclave (I never said used). He said he had "several " left over (2014) SRXs and encouraged me to come now to take advantage of the sale incentives. When we arrived there I was very disappointed to find out he had LIED to me. He had no left overs...only used SRXs. To say I was angry would be putting it mildly. You could have boiled an egg on my head...that's how livid I was. Did he think I would settle for something less than I wanted?? My husband and I decided to look at the "new" Enclaves while we were there...which is where we met Frank Readerman. What a difference in how he treated us. He was honest, up front, helpful and didn't try to hand us any xx. He has integrity. I told him exactly what had happened and he couldn't have been nicer. He assured us that not all saleman were like Mr. Sanders. It's because of Frank Readerman that we decided to move forward with the Enclave. He worked very hard for us to get us the best deal. I am thrilled with my NEW Enclave. More
