BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER !!! ...at the first of February this year ...my little red '02 Grand Prix totally died ..the cost to bring it "back to life" was far greater than what the ...at the first of February this year ...my little red '02 Grand Prix totally died ..the cost to bring it "back to life" was far greater than what the value of the car would be with that expense ...So, i set out to find a new "pre-owned" car ...the car that i purchased ...a gorgeous Midnight Blue/fully loaded/4dr. Luxury Sedan/'07 Buick Lucerne CX ...was one of the first cars i looked at, when i first went to Kerbeck's Pre-Owned Dealership in Pleasantville, NJ (just outside of Atlantic City)....from the time i test drove it several days later ...to the day that i drove it off the lot ...saying "my last goodbyes" to my little red car (that now sat in the auto "graveyard") ...my experience with every aspect of my purchase was the BEST car buying experience i have ever had :) ...starting with the Finance Manager/ Lou Calabrese and ALL of "the great guys" in Sales and Service ...Matthew, Matt, Joe, Franco and Len ...these guys were absolutely committed to making my purchase happen and making me very happy ...with a great starting price and the financing that they put together ...PLUS. when i discovered a problem with the washer fluid mechanism not functioning correctly ...a couple of days AFTER my purchase ...they diagnosed the problem and corrected a $370 repair at not charge to me ...AND, when i returned from a trip to NYC, with a "bad air leak" in one of the new tires on the car (which turned out to be a small nail) they plugged the tire ...again, at no charge to me :) ...GREAT customer service and friendly "can do" attitudes from everyone is what you will find when you go to this dealership !!! ...So, if you are in the market for a great "Pre-Owned" car in the Atlantic City area ...look no further than this Dealership with a great bunch of guys who work there ... Worst Experience Ever What a waste of time! My pregnant wife and I waited almost three hours. Greg Montgomery brought out the wrong car. He scheduled a time to do business What a waste of time! He sat around talking to his employees while myself, pregnant wife, and OUR ONE YEAR old just waited at a table. This was no urgency from him what so ever! He never told me what my car was worth! I had to ask him ! After waiting and waiting he offered me a deal that was fifty dollars higher than another GMC. When I pointed this out, he just said they were giving me too much money. Every other car salesman I worked with at least attempt ed to want my business. They promised me for weeks that they would blow the other competitors away. What a waste of my family's time! I have never been treated so badly! I will never go back to this dealership or Mr. Montgomery again More

He was very professional and his expertise of the vehicles was outstanding. He encouraged me to ask questions. All questions were fully addressed to my satisfaction. I selected the vehicle of my choice and he completely explained how the vehicle operated prior to the Test Drive. The SUV Drove like a Dream!! At no time did I feel any pressure to purchase. I purchased the vehicle and drove away happy in the knowledge that I had purchased a Great SUV and was treated with respect and honesty throughout the entire process. My only regret is that I did not go to F.C. Kerbeck sooner!! More
